What’s Possible When You Follow The System

In 2020, I transitioned from long office commutes to working from home full-time in high-pressure finance roles, long hours at my desk, minimal movement, and a diet built around convenience. Within months, I’d gained 20 kg, lost confidence, and felt completely drained.

Realising something had to change, I spent months testing, researching, and refining sustainable strategies for remote professionals. Through that process, I created the Work-From-Home Fitness System, a simple, flexible framework that helped me lose the 20 kg I’d gained and get into the best shape of my life, without restrictive diets or sacrificing my career.

I went on to earn my Level 4 Personal Training qualification, began coaching clients in person, and eventually took my system online.

Since then, I’ve helped over 300 work-from-home professionals rebuild their confidence, energy, and health, all while balancing demanding careers and family commitments.

My goal is to help professionals working from home achieve lasting fat loss, stronger routines, and genuine lifestyle freedom, using practical, evidence-based methods that fit real life.

How does nutrition work?

No strict plans or starving. You’ll get structure that suits your routine, goals, and food preferences. Yes, even if you’re veggie, have intolerances, or like me love a takeaway.

How much is this investment?

It depends on the level of support you need.

At the moment the investment is nothing because I don't know if I can help you yet.

If we have alignment we’ll cover everything on the call.

What if I need permission from my partner?

This is about your health, confidence, and happiness.

Have a quick chat with them before the call.

But if they’ll need to be part of the decision, bring them along to the call.

That way, I can answer any questions they have directly and there’s no miscommunication

Can I start in a few weeks?

Let’s be honest, how many times have you said “I’ll start in a few weeks” and nothing changed?

Life won’t slow down. Holidays, work trips, weddings, they’ll keep coming.

That’s exactly why this system exists: to help you make progress despite a busy life.

There’s no perfect time. But there is a right time and it’s probably now.

Will I have to give up my favourite foods?

No not at all, why would you. You’ll learn how to include the foods you enjoy without sabotaging progress.

How long will it take to get to my goal?

That depends on where you’re starting from and what your goal is and how consistent you are.

For example it’s going to take longer to lose 40kg then it is to lose 5.

But that being said most clients start noticing real changes in the first 3–6 weeks mark.

What if I’m really busy / work long hours / have kids?

That’s exactly who this is built for. Short, effective workouts. Simple nutrition. Realistic habits.

Not a problem

Do I need a gym? What if I can only work out at home?

Home or gym, it works either way.

You'll get a plan that fits your setup and confidence level.

Just set aside 3 to 5 hours a week and be ready to show up.

A pair of dumbbells might help if you don't have them, but nothing fancy.

Is this suitable if I have a medical condition or injury?

Absolutely. We’ll tailor things around what you can do—not what you can’t. If needed, we’ll liaise with your doctor or physio.

What happens after the program ends?

You won’t be left hanging. Most clients either feel confident going solo or continue with ongoing support to keep progressing.
